Shipping & Returns



Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hanson Wooden Toys.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


Shipment processing time 


Our products are handmade and can take up to 3-4 weeks to ship.

This is based on product demand and the size of the order

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few weeks.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


* Overnight delivery is NOT available for orders at the moment.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

* We currently do not offer international shipping.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 




Hanson Wooden Toys strives for great customer service and high-quality wooden toys. We understand when products need to be returned. Please refer to the following guidelines.


Item Returns: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us immediately with your order number to start the process.


To be eligible for a return, your wooden toy and/or accessory must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging as well. 


Please Note: Personalized items cannot be refunded.

Please Note: Maple Plates must be unused.


Refunds: Refunds are initiated once we receive your item. Hanson Wooden Toys will inspect the returned item and notify you.


Once the item is deemed acceptable for a refund, we will contact you to inform you immediately. Refunds are credited back to original form of payment and may take several days based on banking institution.
